While Star Wars fans eagerly await news of a possible Season 5 of “The Mandalorian,” recent events and the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes have made people wonder about the show’s future. Let’s look at what we know about the chance that “The Mandalorian” will continue its exciting story in the fifth season.
When will Season 4 of The Mandalorian come out?
So far, neither Disney+ nor Lucasfilm have said when Season 4 of The Mandalorian will be out. Collider says that the fourth season of the Star Wars show was probably pushed back after the WGA Strike began, even though pre-production was said to be going quickly.
The Writers’ Strike is over because of a deal with AMPTP, but the SAG-AFTRA strike continues. Season 4 of The Mandalorian won’t be able to start shooting until the union actors and Hollywood producers can agree.
Where can I watch Season 4 of “The Mandalorian”?
As soon as work on The Mandalorian Season 4 starts again, the show will almost certainly return to Disney+. When The Walt Disney Company’s streaming service first came out in 2019, the first episode of The Mandalorian aired to a resounding round of applause, as Padme Amidala (Natalie Portman) would say.
Because of how well the show did, live-action Star Wars shows like The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor, Ahsoka, and others have become the most popular way to tell Star Wars stories since the end of the original trilogy.
What Has Taken Place on ‘The Mandalorian’ Yet?
Mando and Grogu have done many things quickly, but we need to learn more about what they’ll do in Season 4. As a committed bounty hunter, Din Djarin used to make a name for himself by giving his pay to his Mandalorian convent on Jupiter.
All of that changes when Mando meets Grogu, a kid who can feel the Force and is of the same species as Jedi Grand Master Yoda (Frank Oz). Werner Herzog, a member of the Imperial Remnant, offers Mando a lot of money to deliver Grogu.
Still, Mando turns him down and becomes Grogu’s guardian. Mando and Grogu finally meet the terrifying Grand Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito), who cleans the Mandalorian homeworld with Imperial troops. The Grand Moff also has the Dark Saber, a holy Mandalorian artefact.
Mando and Grogu search the galaxy for more Mandalorians who escape Gideon’s anger and a Jedi teacher to teach Grogu while they avoid the Imperial Remnant. When they find Marshall Cobb Vanth (Timothy Olyphant) wearing Boba Fett’s armour, most of their efforts fail.
When they meet Bo-Katan Kryze, though, they do find friends. Bo-Katan tells Mando that he can discover Ahsoka Tano, but she doesn’t agree to teach the child. At some point, Grogu is caught by Gideon while Boba Fett is questioning his armour.
Mando saves Grogu with the help of Bo-Katan, Fett, and even Luke Skywalker. However, Grogu agrees to go with Luke to start his training. However, Grogu only stays with Luke briefly because Mando comes to see him with the Dark Saber after beating Gideon. Ahsoka stops him and tells him that if he wants to be a great Jedi, Grogu needs to give up his ties.
Guy agrees and goes, but Grogu stays with his guardian instead of becoming a Jedi. Now that they are back together, Mando and Grogu help Bo-Katan take back the empty, broken planet of Mandalore. There, they find a base led by Gideon.
In the following fight, the crazy Imperial leader is defeated, but no one knows what will happen to him. Now that the battle is over, Din and Grogu find a small, peaceful village on Nevarro and plan to spend the rest of their lives there happily and without stress.

Is there a trailer for The Mandalorian season 4?
Too bad not. Since May 2022, Favreau has been writing the fourth season of The Mandalorian. However, shooting has not yet begun, so we do not have any footage to show you. We’ll always let you know when we find out more. You can watch seasons 1 through 3 of The Mandalorian on Disney+.
When will the The Mandalorian Season 4 begin?
Before the end of Season 3, Jon Favreau revealed that writing had begun on Season 4 of The Mandalorian. Even though that’s good news, work on the movie had to stop because the historic WGA strike began. Although plans were made to start production again in November, those plans are now entirely based on whether the SAG-AFTRA strike ends.
